COMPUTING!!In computing lesson now....suppose to do an exercise to check whether a user input integer can be expressed in the form of B to the power of C. Furthermore, the program should return the smallest base and the greatest power if the input number can be expressed in the form of B pow C....

Wat's going on man....i tried...my mate tried.... both dunno how to do....tutor only gave us minimal information and ask us to do......i tot nevermind put in effort later see solution then find out wat's wrong but...NIN NAO HIA....the tutor din even bother to go through the exercise and ask us to go to another exercise!!! juz likethat he pangseh us.....wah lau sianz..!!!
hAIz....now another exercise...dunno wat is happening!!!!
